Size: The gang sheet measures 22 inches wide and will be printed exactly as submitted.

Material Requirements: Sublimation transfers require a substrate with at least 50% polyester. Higher polyester counts produce brighter, more vibrant images. Please note that the main image shown is a mockup.

Important Upload Guidelines:
- Recommended Resolution: 300 DPI
- File Format: PNG
- Maximum Size: 22x96 inches
- Mirroring: DO NOT MIRROR YOUR IMAGES. Our printing software will automatically mirror the image for you.
- Quality Control: Gang sheets will be printed exactly as uploaded. Please verify your image quality and dimensions before submission.

How to Apply Sublimation Transfers:
- Temperature: 385°F - 400°F
- Pre-Press: Preheat your garment for 15 seconds.
- Pressing Time: Apply heat and pressure for 60 seconds.
- Covering: Always use parchment paper during pressing.

Sublimation Process Guidelines:
Sublimation works best on polyester or high-polyester-blend materials and light-colored fabrics. Depending on your material, you may need to adjust the temperature slightly to prevent scorching.

Recommended Pressing Instructions:
- Temperature: 385°F - 400°F
- Pre-Press: 7 seconds
- Pressing Time: 45 to 60 seconds
- Covering: Use parchment paper. For garments, insert parchment paper inside the item to prevent dye migration.

Important Notes:
Color variations may occur due to differences in monitor calibrations and production batches. While we strive for perfect consistency, slight variances may happen between batches. Please ensure your heat press is calibrated correctly.
